Application Procedure                          On-Line Application   EDF Process and Procedures     EDF Client Guideline & Application   There are no deadlines for submitting applications. Notification of the outcome of your application will usually be made within four weeks of receipt of the full application form together with all the supporting documents and information. Submission of application form does not automatically lead to approval of your request. The application form should be submitted together with the project plan and all supporting documents and information as requested. A letter of acknowledgement will be sent. The application will be assessed against the criteria. The applicant will be notified within four weeks of the outcome of your application. In case of additional information required the assessment period is likely to be extended. The applicant will be informed by way of a letter whether the application has been approved or turned down. The decision of the panel will be final. Enterprise Mauritius reserves the sole and absolute right to accept or reject any application, without it being necessary to give any reason or justification whatsoever. Successful applicants will be required to sign a contract with Enterprise Mauritius outlining specific milestones, level of funding, acceptable timeframes, and any other conditions deemed appropriate by Enterprise Mauritius. The applicant has a maximum of fifteen working days from the normal date of postal delivery to sign and return the contract. The recipient will complete a claim form and submit this to Enterprise Mauritius along with appropriate receipts on completion of the project (or agreed milestones) and will be reimbursed against actual expenditures up to the agreed maximum for each component as defined in the contract.
