Assessment of Enterprises in the Manufacturing Sector Enterprise Mauritius is proposing to conduct an assessment of companies in the Manufacturing Sector with the objective of formulating policies and support programmes to strengthen the domestic and export oriented enterprises.

The following assessments will be conducted :

	Company capability assessment which is a comprehensive 'health' check that covers all areas of business allowing an enterprise to take concrete steps to raise performance.
	Economic Productivity Assessment using RAPmods tool which is based on the fundamentals of "How much output or value added (in Rupees) is generated for each rupee spent ? ".
	Assessment of production and operations processes which consist of diagnosing processes with the objective of identifying specific needs in terms of Process Re-engineering programmes in the form of in-house interventions.
