Enterprise Mauritius is helping in the identification of capable and potential exporters in the light engineering sector for the Light Engineering Investment Promotion and Business Cooperation Meeting for EU-SADC Investment Promotion Programme (ESIPP) which was held from the 14th to the 17th February 2006. This event provided the opportunity for local manufacturers to meet with buyers and potential joint-venture partners from the region.

Enterprise Mauritius is working in collaboration with the Ministry of Agro Industry and Fisheries and Industry associations to develop a strategy for the Agro Industry sector. The focus will be on value addition to local and regional products for export.
