The Client Development Unit is the primary interface with Enterprise Mauritius'
client base. This unit will profile clients, assess their needs
and then match their needs with a range of services drawing on
internal and external areas of expertise as required.

Client Development Unit works at 3 levels: Individual businesses,
groups (clusters) and industry sector level for assessment, client development planning,
ensuring delivery of services and monitoring |

This unit will maintain access to a set of relevant specialist resources that can provide specific competencies needed to help build the capability of our clients. These resources will often be external to Enterprise Mauritius, (outsource providers) or where appropriate, internal specialists. |
